Recovered = full or near-full recovery, as the person described it. Faded = the benefit wore off or they relapsed. Treatments with fewer than 3 matching accounts are hidden; grey numbers rest on fewer than 10.
Hope, read with care.
Every account here describes some improvement, by many different routes. Before you weigh the numbers, four things to keep in mind.
Stories, not trials
Nobody counted the people who tried the same thing and stayed ill. A high percentage means “often reported as helping”, not “will work for you”.
Who published it
Pages selling a program publish their successes. Every treatment shows outcomes by publisher, and the explorer can hide pages that sell the treatment.
Whether it lasted
Some benefits fade when the treatment stops. Each treatment shows how often people relapsed or needed to keep taking it.
Not medical advice
Some people reported real harms, including severe crashes. Talk to a doctor who knows ME/CFS or long COVID, and pace any new attempt carefully.
