Summary
Lauren combined nicotine patches at one-eighth of a patch daily through December with a broad daily supplement regimen, including CoQ10 100mg, Ionic Fulvic Acid 1ml three times a day, Hawthorn Leaves 5ml, and products like Adrenal Complex, Adreno Active, NeuroCalm, PureLean Pure Pack, Super Omega-3, and BioFilm CLR, alongside Neuro Emotional Technique therapy, high fluid and electrolyte intake, an electric wheelchair for pacing, chiropractic care with applied kinesiology from March 2026, and progressive walking built up from 1 to 16 minutes a day. Twenty-two months into Long COVID, she had rated herself at only 20-30% of normal in July 2025, unable to shower without lying down and suffering weekly severe POTS episodes, swollen lymph nodes, joint pain, and headaches. Using monthly self-ratings, she climbed steadily to 70% by April 2026, reaching the point of taking multiple showers a week, working a full remote day without naps, and briefly touching 95% on a few good days. The improvement has generally held rather than relapsed, though it plateaued without further gains during December and February, and she describes the regimen as something she must keep maintaining carefully to sustain the progress.
