Summary
Claudia treated chronic Lyme disease from 2012-2015 with three years of low-dose Byron White herbal protocols plus a strict elimination diet, then in 2019 did the three-month ANS REWIRE nervous-system retraining program alongside naturopath adjustments that doubled her thyroid medication dose, added progesterone, and included daily vitamin D3, B12 and C plus a 45-minute daily meditation practice. She had been ill since 1985 at age 25 -- over 30 years total -- and by the mid-2000s was so severely affected she "could no longer even get through a shower," had to leave her job, and was largely unable to get out of bed. Within three months of starting ANS REWIRE she had strings of consecutive good days and reported no symptoms or flare triggers, and she describes ultimately reaching "100% recovered" after earlier Lyme treatment had only gotten her to about 60%. At the time of the interview, roughly six months to over a year after recovering, she remained well, doing normal activities like hiking and weightlifting with no relapse and no mention of needing ongoing treatment.
