Summary
Took Bravo yoghurt and GcMAF cream twice daily (morning before food, night after dinner) for his ME/CFS. Reported increased energy, reduced brain fog, deeper/more vivid sleep and more regular digestion, but says plainly "it is by no means a cure" - benefits stopped whenever he paused the product, so gains required continuous use. He separately paid £150/week for a 3-week trial of Rerum (a Ruggiero-linked GcMAF variant) and felt it "had good effects but couldn't afford it," settling on Bravo yoghurt long-term instead, which he says he still relies on "for maintaining a better level of health."
