Summary
After 30 years of illness described as "sheer agony," started a traditional Chinese spleen tonic together with CoQ10 and alpha-lipoic acid. Says that within days she felt "much more energetic" and within one to two weeks felt "the way I'd always thought 'normal' probably felt." The effect proved treatment-dependent: symptoms returned within about two weeks of stopping the herbal tonic, and improvement resumed once she restarted it.
