In 2006, took Paragone (an herbal antiparasitic supplement) for a couple of months alongside a very-low-carb diet, and reports it "cut the brain fog I'd grown up with by about 70%." Explicit that this did not touch the underlying ME/CFS, which they attribute to ongoing Lyme, babesia and mold issues, so the account is of a large but narrow symptom improvement rather than overall recovery, and they were re-treating for parasites again at the time of posting.
