Summary
Diagnosed with ME/CFS and fibromyalgia and bedbound by April 2012, she began the GAPS introduction diet with VSL#3 probiotic, enemas, CoQ10, B12 and vitamin C. Within two weeks she started improving slowly, and over roughly two years on the diet she went from bedbound to working part-time again. The gain requires ongoing strict diet adherence — she notes a "major crash" after recent dietary lapses and overexertion, so it is maintained rather than cured.
