Summary
Adding fresh grapefruit around ubiquinol 300mg twice daily was followed within days by being able to run errands to two stores in a morning, do housework, and raise treadmill tolerance from 2.8mph/10min to 3.0mph in 30-minute increments, after about a decade of severe fatigue (diagnosed as mitochondrial disease) that had her "literally crawling up the stairs." She repeatedly hedges that she doesn't know if it's the grapefruit-CoQ10 interaction or coincidence -- "it might just be one of those flukes" -- tracking it day by day rather than declaring it durable.
