Summary
Tested positive for SIBO in April 2015 with a lactulose breath test so high the test was stopped early at a reading of 100. After a 6-week course of the herbal antimicrobials FC-Cidal and Dysbiocide (2 tablets of each, twice daily) plus rotating high-strain probiotics, a follow-up glucose breath test came back essentially negative (flat at 0, with one reading of 4 attributed to residue). Notes she "never really had the symptoms most people talk about" despite the SIBO, so this is a lab-confirmed gut improvement rather than a described change in CFS/fatigue symptoms specifically; she also has ulcerative colitis.
