Summary
Five months into apixaban, clopidogrel and aspirin (aspirin eventually raised to 100mg/day) for Long Covid presenting as moderate ME/CFS of over two years' standing, improvements appeared around day 40: ability to tolerate screens "increased manyfold," eye pain "almost disappeared," crash frequency fell from every 3-5 days to once a week or every two weeks, and PEM became "shorter and less profound." Hedges that the gains plateaued: "the first gains, however consistent are the only gains I have," with little change in tolerance for physical exertion. Describes the improvements as consistent and holding as of five months in.
