Summary
marlunette improved from moderate to mild with mold avoidance, then from mild to remission after adding B12 injections and a B-complex/micronutrient regimen, with a 25-year-old exercise-induced asthma resolving as a bonus. Separately, in the Hypersensitivity/MCS subforum, she reported that 50mg/day zinc (tapering toward 10mg) eliminated the instant headache/inflammation reaction she'd had to chemical smells since a mold exposure, calming her "body and brain," with the gain holding as of that report despite awareness of zinc/copper interaction risks with prolonged high-dose use.
