Takes Miyarisan, a Clostridium butyricum probiotic, on an ongoing basis for severe MCS (perfumes, cigarette smoke, kerosene, air fresheners) alongside ME/CFS, POTS, IBS, brain fog and PEM. Says it almost completely stopped her MCS reactions; she still avoids known triggers as a precaution but no longer gets strong reactions to them. Explicitly reports that three weeks off the probiotic and the severe reactions came back, confirming continued use is required to maintain the benefit, which she was still doing as of a 2023 update.
