Summary
Previously bed- and wheelchair-bound with complex neuroimmune disease, EDS, PID, NK-cell deficiency and MCAS, she had two Rituximab infusions in November 2018 and a third by March 2019. By the 3-month mark she reported clearly improved muscle strength and doing more within the same daily step count (e.g. packing to move house), plus falling herpes antibody titers. Post-exertional malaise, pain, headaches and insomnia persisted, and she was still waiting to see if the response would build, noting responders can take 4-6 months to peak.
