Summary
Three months into Valtrex, raised from 3g to 4g daily but started "along with a number of other meds and supplements... all around the same time," went from being "bed and recliner ridden," using a wheelchair for all outings, to being able to "use a walker for short trips" and do some chores and cooking. Explicitly flags the attribution problem of multiple simultaneous changes, and reports a "mini crash" after activity at the time of posting, indicating the gains were real but not yet stable.
