Summary

Self-described severe/very-severe ME, she followed the Norwegian Haukeland Rituximab schedule (1g infusions across day 0 through week 60). One month in she reported a mixed picture — some autoimmune-type symptoms improving, but cognitive impairment and orthostatic intolerance unchanged, with signs she read as ongoing autoimmune tissue damage. Later in the protocol she reported benefit similar to another patient's (clearer thinking, less fatigue, better autonomic function) "though not as well," with only minor skin-texture side effects.
