Summary
Underwent a roughly three-week Ayurvedic panchakarma detox program (escalating ghee oleation, steam, purgation, deep-tissue massage, nasyam, herbal medicines) at a Kerala clinic after about 7 years of ME/CFS. Two days after finishing, reported riding a motorcycle 140km with no physical or ME crash, and cited a sleep study showing deep (N3) sleep rising to roughly 100 minutes from a 17-minute baseline. Describes being back in remission; the post does not say how long the effect lasted beyond the immediate aftermath.
