Pepcid and 1 month without an 'episode'

Condition
ME/CFS

13 years

Summary

Started taking Pepcid (famotidine) for PEM, IBS and POTS-type episodes and initially went a full month without an episode for the first time in years. Had been ill about 13 years, with roughly 80% of episodes lasting two to three days and some up to two weeks. Over following weeks added Zantac, Alka-Seltzer, kratom, coffee, and an itraconazole-with-Nasoneb-diffuser stack, plus albuterol and Alvesco. By late September said 'for the first time in 13 years I have hope' after a good day, but soon after crashed with PEM following a productive day, so gains were only partial with no stable outcome reported by thread's end.
