Summary
Took a sequence of antiparasitic drugs for a suspected parasitic infection: praziquantel plus albendazole for 14 days repeated after a two-week gap, then nitazoxanide for 14 days, then metronidazole (Flagyl) for 10 days, with an aluminosilicate toxin binder three times daily throughout. Had 10-plus years of CFS/ME and fibromyalgia with severe pain, fatigue, neurological symptoms and IBS-C. After nearly two months says all his pain is gone and many other symptoms are at an all-time low, calling the change miraculous. He explicitly notes it is possible not all the parasites were killed and symptoms could return, so no long-term follow-up is confirmed in the thread.
