Summary
Started powdered amino acids at about a quarter teaspoon per day, alongside pregnenolone, vitamin D, methyl B12 with methylfolate, and a high-protein diet of about 100 grams a day kept up for more than five years. Had been ill with ME/CFS for 10 years and had become severely malnourished, down to 136 pounds on a 6-foot-4 frame with virtually all amino acids out of range on testing. His weight stabilized at 155 pounds and his amino acid levels returned to normal range, but he says this only stabilized him at around 50 percent, and he remains unable to work while pursuing further evaluation for pathogens, mold and gut issues.
