Surprising amazing response to cinnarizine (vasodilator)

Summary

Cinnarizine at half a 25mg tablet twice daily - 12.5mg in total, well under the usual 75mg - produced a response within hours of the first dose, with tingling in the hands, feet and fingers and a sense of life coming back into the body. Pressure in the head and behind the eyes fell by roughly 80%, the pounding heart and chest heaviness lifted, and she could sit and eat without struggling to breathe, after six months of post-dengue illness marked by severe headaches, motion-sickness-like nausea, palpitations and a resting heart rate never below 80.
