Summary
shoponl, 15 years into exhaustion, PEM, brain fog and mild chemical sensitivity with normal B12 blood levels, had years of minimal benefit from sublingual B12 before switching to injections. After about six injections over two months she felt "a thousand percent better," able to jog again with sharper memory and brighter mood, but the effect lasts only 5-7 days per shot, so it requires ongoing maintenance dosing rather than being a lasting cure.
What they credit
Credits Supplements, B12 injections and methylation.
