Summary
Lucie became ill with relatively mild but disabling ME/CFS around 2011, unable to exercise and with her work and social life sharply curtailed. Following pacing advice and an orthostatic-intolerance protocol of high salt and 2.5 litres of water daily, she added 1,200mg of ibuprofen with nightly Benadryl on Dr Klimas's advice, later switching to twice-daily naproxen. She reports the result was spectacular, giving four years of good quality of life and six-day working weeks, though her pain returns if she misses a dose. Only inexpensive standard medications were involved.
