Weekly injectable GcMAF (around 25ng, from Saisei Mirai in Japan and earlier other suppliers) used for several years; "responded very well" and functioning improved "a couple of notches" without curing the illness, so continued use was needed to keep the benefit. A separate GcMAF cream gave no benefit. Supply became unreliable after regulatory bans and batch potency reportedly varied 1000-2500ng despite ordering 25ng, undermining consistent dosing; she said she would have kept using the injectable if a reliable supply existed.
