Summary
This third case-series patient accidentally used a doubled nicotine-patch dose, about 15 mg/24h, in a single application before stopping due to severe vomiting and diarrhea from the overdose. Despite the adverse reaction, her fatigue disappeared by day four. She was reported well at six-month follow-up, so the improvement appears to have held.
