Summary
After years of extreme gut-microbe intolerance triggering two-week chill/flu episodes from nattokinase, probiotics, eucalyptus oil and charcoal-based antimicrobials, she reported that ultra-dilute sauerkraut sap gave her "more good than bad effects" for the first time since falling ill. Retrying with fresh fermented sauerkraut, however, brought back the same chills and flu-like reaction, so the single positive response was not reproducible and no sustained improvement is documented.
