Summary
Started the Pridgen Protocol, taking famciclovir 250mg plus celecoxib 200mg once daily, and after six to eight weeks felt better systemically with no downside, though still spending roughly a third to half of most days on the sofa three days a week and limited to about a ten-minute daily walk. Illness duration and severity before starting are not detailed. A later update in the thread said the protocol gave relief for 3 months before it was discontinued, so the benefit faded rather than being sustained.
