Summary
Has used a long-term combination of turmeric with black pepper, ashwagandha, Ceylon cinnamon and paprika. Illness duration and severity are not detailed in this post. Says these have been a staple and have helped him tremendously, and reports ordering cumin to try after reading the original poster's account.
