Summary
Was prescribed Xyrem as a sleep aid and had a severe adverse reaction -- a manic episode with hallucinations -- but says that once it resolved he "felt like a different person," with pain gone, energy up, and headaches eliminated. The improvement lasted only about three weeks before he "gradually relapsed completely."
