Summary
Recovered through a three-day Lightning Process course, learning "cognitive tools" that he says had "an immediate effect" on his physical and mental health, after care from public and private clinics and multiple doctors and hospital specialists had not helped. He fell ill following mononucleosis, was diagnosed with ME in late 2015, and was then bedridden for 13 months, needing a wheelchair and his parents' and brother's help with feeding, personal care and all daily needs, with pain and cognitive function so reduced he could not focus for more than seconds. After the first day of the course he managed to walk to a café with his family, and says his life "continued to improve" as he kept using the tools. He has since written a book about how he recovered from ME/CFS. No relapse is reported; he maintains a daily practice of the LP tools and mindfulness to sustain his recovery.
