Summary
Vid Nerad Rozej used an inexpensive €70 ($82) TENS setup for vagus nerve stimulation after developing Long COVID in 2022. Before treatment he felt like he was "almost suffocating" roughly 75% of the time, and the stimulation helped reduce his breathing symptoms. The benefit is not permanent, however: it holds only while he continues using the device, making it an ongoing maintenance treatment rather than a cure.
