Summary
ScottTriGuy, housebound with deep fatigue, nausea, brain fog and strong heartbeat about 2.75 years after onset, started an intensive 5-day course of red/infrared laser therapy on the back of his neck, then continued daily. Symptoms eased markedly by day three and he returned to work with mild-to-moderate symptoms remaining, though he still hit PEM if he overextended and had to keep to a strict activity ceiling; he was still using it daily five months later.
