Summary
Returning years after his 2014 ARV thread, describes a newer multi-drug stack - disulfiram (Antabuse) escalated from 125mg to 250mg twice weekly over four months with alpha lipoic acid the following morning, plus clarithromycin/rifampin/minocycline for bartonella, methylene blue, and an antiparasitic ("Trio") - for comorbid ME/CFS, Lyme and Babesia. Reports the regimen "noticeably increased my activity levels" and that "some days I feel like an actual person now," a hedge implying the improvement is inconsistent rather than constant. No information on whether the gains held past the January 2020 post.
