Summary

Used the ANS Rewire program alongside a paid one-on-one recovery program with two CFS coaches, then built his own RESTAND framework after studying 300+ other recovery stories over 600+ hours; he was also prescribed GTN (glyceryl trinitrate) by his doctor. He collapsed with CFS/ME, plus FND and sleep apnoea, in December 2021, becoming housebound and often bedbound with a heart rate up to 160 bpm, memory loss and brain fog so severe his wife had to wash him, and was hospitalised multiple times. After some initial progress in spring 2022 he suffered a complete mental-and-physical relapse in July 2022, then began his intensive recovery push in January 2023. The page says he "gradually regained health" and now works as a CFS/Long-COVID recovery coach with the NHS and internationally, teaching his own RESTAND framework, but it does not explicitly state he is fully recovered. It confirms one major relapse in July 2022 and gives no further update on his health after he became a coach.
