Summary
Following Cordain-style paleo and an elimination diet for food/chemical intolerances (not directly treated by Dr Myhill, but using similar functional-medicine dietary logic), she reports staged symptom resolution over years - buzzing sensations stopped within 24 hours, narcolepsy resolved in a week, ataxia resolved after a year, sun sensitivity after 2-3 years, and by 8.5 years she could tolerate gluten-free processed foods again. Fatigue itself was not resolved by this approach, so she frames it as substantial but partial, with the gains holding and expanding over 8+ years.
