Moderate success with hookworms/helminthic therapy after 2.5 yrs

Summary

After 15 years of severe ME/CFS/FM (about 85% housebound, severe PEM, chronic muscle pain, borderline POTS, brain fog), tried hookworm therapy, titrating from 5 up to 25 worms before settling on a maintenance dose of 10. Over 2.5 years reports reduced inflammation, better mental alertness and less brain fog, some pain reduction, and enough capacity for 3-4 hours of computer work daily plus occasional short walks with a stick. Still largely bed/housebound overall; had a temporary relapse after a viral infection before restarting the worms, so the gains read as real but partial and maintenance-dependent.
