Summary

After 17 years of chronic oral thrush resistant to multiple antifungals including nine months of Lamisil, she started calcium citrate 500mg twice daily (later reduced to 250mg twice daily) in October 2023. Her thrush is "practically GONE," with no die-off symptoms unlike prior antifungal attempts, and the benefit was continuing on the lower maintenance dose as of her post.
