Summary
Far-infrared sauna sessions, used some years before this post, with no stated dose or length of the course. She had ME/CFS for an unstated length of time and severity was not given, though she says she could not attempt the same sessions today. She reported the sessions did nothing for her overall fatigue and instead left her exhausted, with increased metabolism but no other benefit. The one exception was six months of neck pain, which resolved completely after a single session. She gave no indication of repeating it and stated she is no longer able to tolerate the intervention, i.e. no lasting overall benefit and no further follow-up.
