Summary
Began with weekly IV infusions of high-dose vitamin C, magnesium chloride, B-complex and liquid glutathione, then moved to a large daily oral regimen including glutathione, acetyl-L-carnitine, MTHFR-targeted methylation supplements and thyroid medication. Had CFS for over 25 years, becoming nearly bedridden for over a year after the illness began following college. The protocol let her work, marry and raise two children and live a largely normal life apart from exercise or exertion, but she says she is not cured, had a significant relapse about seven years in, and still needs to be vigilant, calling the regimen expensive and high-maintenance to keep up.
What they credit
Credits B12 injections and methylation, Carnitine, BCAA, amino acids, NAC and glutathione, Selenium, iodine, minerals, Thyroid (T3, T4, NDT).
