Summary
Martin, tube-fed and very severely ill for 2.5 years, started Abilify (titrated 2 to 4mg) with LDN 4.5mg and Celebrex 100mg in September 2020 and improved from very severe to moderate within about two months, coming off the feeding tube and regaining enough mobility for wheelchair outings. A later update (via forum user "Dude," reporting on the same person under the handle pausedME) has him additionally using pregabalin roughly every other day, now meeting friends, making music, working part-time and advocating for ME/CFS in Germany, suggesting the gains have been built on rather than lost.
