Summary
Took a Lightning Process course in November after seven years of ME/CFS, having initially been advised against it by the ME association. Before the course she was bedridden and able to walk only a few meters, with breathing difficulty, muscle weakness, blurred vision, brain fog and pain, and Norway's labor authority (NAV) had assessed her as "100 per cent unable to work" with no residual capacity. Afterward she says she is "totally well," does "everything I want to do," has taken up exercise, and enrolled in school at age 43. She reports no worry about relapse, but stresses that LP "is a process you have to learn, and you need to work on it every day, even after the course, in order to succeed."
