Summary
Built a nutritional-genomics-guided regimen of biotin, sublingual flavin mononucleotide, a low-fat diet balanced 3:1 for omega-6 to omega-3, a low-amine diet, and as-needed molybdenum and P5P, adjusting doses as symptoms emerged. Had ME/CFS with about 9 months bedbound at its worst, plus cycling OCD, anxiety, depression and other comorbidities. Reports being symptom-free for 18 months at the time of posting, alongside a markedly younger appearance and a big jump in physical capacity (push-ups rising from 9 to 30 within a week of training). No relapse is mentioned as of this post, though the regimen requires ongoing dose adjustment.
