Summary
Noticed only "a very slight improvement" on Paxlovid, far more modest than other posters in the same thread, and reports the improvement "stopped... within a day of stopping the medication," i.e. it reversed almost immediately once the course ended. Illustrates a much weaker and non-durable response to the same drug others found more helpful.
