Summary
Built a liver-support regimen around choline citrate, tapered down from a prescribed 3g per day to 1-1.5g for tolerance, plus milk thistle, inositol, B2, 5-HTP, phosphatidylserine, gamma oil, weekly chicken liver cooked with onion, garlic, ginger and turmeric, and weekly acupuncture. Had around two to three years of pain symptoms along with poor brain function, abdominal fat and disrupted sleep beforehand. After six months reports much-improved brain function and speed, lost belly fat, more energy, less frequent and intense pain, better sleep, and being able to swim again. Says she has kept up the supplement regimen on an ongoing basis to maintain the gains.
