Summary
Took a three-day Lightning Process course around January 2018, about a year after falling ill, following two ME/CFS diagnoses from a doctor who offered no treatment beyond suggesting a health retreat, and after declining a hospital ME clinic appointment for light therapy. Before the course she was severely ill for about a year, unable to work or fully care for her three-year-old daughter, largely confined to bed or couch, with light and noise intolerance and insomnia. She says "I'm recovered! I have all but forgotten that I used to be ill," going ice-skating with her daughter within a week of the course and returning to full-time work within a year. No relapse is mentioned, though she notes it takes a while to rebuild full stamina after so much rest.
