Summary

Bee venom therapy: six live bee stings applied every other day for six months to relieve chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms. She had persistent fatigue and muscle aches that had not responded to prior treatments before starting. The stings did not cure her but substantially relieved the constant severe fatigue, in her words giving her back her life. Her symptoms later resurged and she returned to bee sting therapy again to regain relief. No further follow-up beyond that repeat treatment is given.
